Financial Assistance Information

Student and postdoc participants may apply for a financial assistance that will waive the registration fee, and provide travel/lodging stipend in exceptional cases. High priority will be given to applicants from underrepresented groups and from institutions that traditionally lack funding to attend conferences. In order to request financial assistance, applicants must submit an abstract, a stipend request with the details of anticipated travel and lodging expenses, and a letter of support from thesis advisor or supervisor.
