HMF-21 conference will be held at the Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. The resort is in Panama City Beach and spans 110 acres along some of the world’s most beautiful beaches on the Northwest Florida’s Gulf Coast. It recently won their fifth Gold Tee award from Meeting and Conventions Magazine.The conference sessions will take place at the newly renovated state-of-the-art Conference Center featuring 32,700 square feet of flexible meeting space.

Accommodation

The HMF21 organizers have negotiated special rates for conference attendees to stay close to the conference center at the Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. Please check here for hotel information, a map of the property, and room rates. Please note that the number of rooms at these rates are limited, and are available only on a first-come-first-serve basis.

When you are ready to book your room, please complete your registration at HMF21 Registration, and then proceed with booking your rooms at HMF21 Reservation . You may also call the resort at 800-874- 8686 and use Group Name “HMF-21 Natl High Magnetic” or Booking Code 10954L. When you reserve your rooms, your credit card will only be charged $1.00 as a deposit.

Spacious floor plans include inviting living rooms, large bedrooms with private adjoining baths and fully equipped kitchens, with everything from a coffeemaker and a microwave to a washer and dryer. All suits have a king or queen bed in the master bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are limited number of 2-bedroom suites with two beds in the second room. To request these suites, please enter “Two beds bedroom” in the “Special request” box when booking.
Please note: There is limited availability of rooms at the special conference rates on Saturday 8/2/14 and Friday 8/8/14. If you are planning on staying either of these dates and/or requesting a 2-bedroom suite with one “two beds bedroom”, we recommend making your reservation as soon as possible.

Gulf Front Towers
The Gulf-Front Suites offer eight different room types to accommodate up to eight people in one suite while providing all the property’s services within walking distance. Each tower has its own pool, sun deck and Jacuzzi underneath a palapa. Tower I is the location of the Lagoon Pool, 11,500 square feet of beautifully refreshing water with rock islands and waterfalls. Mid Rise Gulf-Front Towers, located directly to the west of Tower Two the Leeward and Windward mid-rise towers offer lower floors and beautiful views of the Gulf and quiet pools.
