By Air:
Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP), located in West Bay, near Panama City and Panama City Beach, provides the best air service in Northwest Florida. It serves Delta and Southwest Airlines, which together provide daily direct flights to/from Atlanta (ATL), Baltimore (BWI), Houston (HOU), Nashville (BNA) and St. Louis (STL) with connecting service to international destinations.
We will have a conference shuttle providing regular transportation from the airport to the conference venue starting from 11am on Sunday Aug. 3rd. Since the number of seats in the conference shuttle is limited, we strongly recommend to submit a shuttle request to Conference Coordinator in advance.
